I’m a Realtor and assisted my clients through a new development condo project where the whole process on the list end was severely unorganized. Selections, counts, and budgets weren’t sent to Ferguson but we were pressed to make our these ASAP which resulted in a ton of back and forth and what probably seemed like never ending adjustments. Justine handled everything with grace and kindness and went well above and beyond assisting with estimating our counts and necessities, selections, changes, secondary selections, and working details out with the developers and listing agent. She took efforts to turn an unnecessarily annoying process into an overall positive outcome.
