- MAMichelle Adams2 days ago2.0The appointment started out promising. There was a diagnostic done to verify what a franchise did or did not do. The referred plumber contact came out the next day to do the work as a suggested. The next day, the same issue arose (heating problems). Giving it a few days, the situation did not resolve. I reached out twice and did not receive a follow up call. I reached out the referred plumber for assistance to get a response. Essentially, the homeowner paid for a consultation with a an unfulfilled warranty of service. I'll update my review once a resolution has been reached. Contrary to our elders view of use of BOB vendors, my family fully supports them when we are aware of them and we do not expect them to be magical in that they are imperfect like other businesses. We expect fair resolution equally. Hopefully this will be resolved soon.

- LSLewis SpellsDec 8, 20255.0I called Burris & Sons heating and cooling to get a gas valve replaced, Mr. Burris came out the same day (says he doesn't do appointments) and replaced the gas valve. Mr. Burris explained everything in detail that needed to be done and we talked like we knew each other for years. Gave me a reasonable price with a little education on the matter. Will definitely call again in the future. Thank you Mr. Burris!
