  Thank you Mr Burris For helping me in my emergency Of my furnace going out. Mr. Burris is the best heating and plumbing guy ever In my experience and I am a realtor for over 25 years. I called Mr. Burris last night at 9:00 PM and was able to diagnose the issue of my furnace not working over the phone when I explained the Furnace going on and blowing cold air, and then shutting off after one minute and told me he would be at my house the next morning to do an emergency call. When he came everything he said over the phone was correct with what he said was wrong. He turned something that to me was a huge ordeal, And could’ve cost me thousands of dollars, but it turned out to be very, very inexpensive, because he knows what he’s doing and will fix the problem instead of trying to sell you new furnace. He is the best, some other Contractor previously tried to sell me a new furnace, but not Mr. Burris he fixed My furnace in under half an hour and the price was so low I couldn’t believe it. He came so quick and he is the most intelligent man in the industry!!!. I first met Mr. Burris three years ago when as a realtor I had a I had an apartment building listed for sale that had four furnaces out and four water heaters go out. Mr. Burris serviced that apartment building and fixed all four furnaces and water heaters and a broken water pipe in under an hour and a half. I have never met anyone who could just look at something so quickly and Diagnose exactly what was wrong and fix it so quickly. He’s more than fair on his price, this man loves to help people that are in bad situations with their plumbing and heating and has a lot of integrity and is a veteran. This man is a saint. ❤️❤️❤️ If I could give him 10 stars I would.   I met Mr.Burris 50 years ago when he serviced my furnace at my previous house. Today I had a heating problem. I thought about his excellent service from before and wondered if he was still in business. I reached out and he was.He responded within an hour an explain in detail what I needed. He replaced my motor excellent service gave explanation in details and was very reasonable. His quality of service has not changed Kudos to him for remaining excellent in his field. I highly recommend him. Thank you for your service and due diligence.

  Today I received a prompt visit from Mr. Burris himself. I had just placed the phone call on yesterday, November 7th and he was at my home on November 8th to help my solve the problem of a foul sewer smell coming from my floor drain in the basement. Mr. Burris was the teacher and I was the student. He educated me on the year my house was built and the veterans that were able to purchase housing in my area. He went right to the problem and my drains are flowing better than ever and the smell is gone. As a female we need someone we can trust and Mr. Burris is very trustworthy and gives great advice on other things in your home. I recommend his service!

  I recently returned home from a hospital stay to find the house cold. We have a 100-year-old Chicago 2-flat with a hot water boiler/radiator heating system. I set about calling for repair. I called not less than 6 popular, frequently advertised companies. Two advised that they did not service my area. Of the remaining four, plumbers advised that it was an HVAC issue, and HVAC services advised that it was a plumbing issue. Companies that offer both heating and plumbing services would not send a plumber and an HVAC technician together and I even heard managers within the company arguing amongst themselves. What happened to the neighborhood repair service that knew the homes in the area and knew how to repair them? They are still there if you look. I was fortunate enough to find BURRIS AND SONS online. I called to schedule an appointment was graced to meet Mr. Burris himself. He is everything that he advertises and more. He evaluated the system and said those magic words, "Yes, we can repair it". He returned in short order with his nephew, who advises that he began his training under Mr.Burris from a very early age and his knowledge and experience was evident. Mr. Burris took the time to teach me as well, explaining parts of the system and how it works, letting me look closely so that I would have a better understanding of the workings of my system. It reminded me of following my father as a child, looking closely and learning everything that he offered to teach. In no time the plumbing/pipe issue was repaired and the pump that others advised me would need to be replaced at a minimum of $1200.00 was repaired and purring like a kitten! If you are truly seeking a repairman with knowledge and ability that is honest and reliable, look no further. Mr.Burris's phone number is saved in my phone and my search for someone who can deliver what he promises is over. He is now MY GO-To for any and all plumbing and heating needs. Finding Burris and Sons was a blessing at time when it was greatly needed.
