He does excellent work and is very conservative in his recommendations, making sure we understand where things stand, but not recommending work that doesn't need to be done. I always have to get my neighbor to do it, and I shouldn't have to. Although, Dario installed it almost ten years ago, I didn't know this this until I started to mow my own grass this year.
