I called Ashland Plumbing and spoke with Adam who was very professional when explaining the work needed and rough cost estimate. They got my business on the schedule the very next morning! Dustin, the plumber who did the work, was awesome; conversational, professional, explained the work well and cleaned up after himself. As a renter, we didn't want the tub anchored to the tile floor. After discussing options, he proposed siliconing the legs which worked beautifully and will dry clear. He was fast and efficient. Overall a wonderful experience. Would highly recommend for any residential or commercial needs!
- HSHeather SolbergAug 11, 20251.0I would give zero stars if I could. Was told on the phone prior to booking the service that there isn’t a charge unless a service is done. A plumber came to look at our sinks and didn’t find a leak or issue. We then received a bill for $194. When my partner called to explain he was never told of this they hung up on him. He then drove to the location and they said they wouldn’t let him in because he was talking “crazy” on the phone and would call the police if he didn’t leave. While he politely wanted to discuss why he was being billed for no services…I wouldn’t call this a business. It’s a few shady people trying to take your money.
