    Used for mortar repair, tuckpoint, and window lintel removal/instillation. Alex was professional and knowledgeable with evaluating work, communicating process, and ensuring I was satisfied with the job afterward. Easy to follow up with afterward for evaluating future projects, will return.

    I hired AAA-1 for a tuckpointing job. AAA-1 provided me with a competitive proposal (Alex), Marek and his excellent crew repaired the damage wall and cleaned the jobsite at the end. I will not hesitate to use AAA-1 for any future masonry works. Tank you AAA-1 for the excellent work.

    Needed a chimney rebuild and maintenance on of most of an exterior brick wall on my home. I greatly appreciate the level of professionalism and craftsmanship from everybody at AAA-1 I’ve dealt with. Good contractors are hard to come by, especially in Chicago, and I’ve personally had some really bad experiences on past projects so I can’t overstate how much it means to work with a crew that actually shows up when they say they’ll show up, and performs the work at a level of expertise commensurate with the price. Already we’ve had some heavy rain and the interior wall which used to become noticeably moist to the touch afterward remains bone dry now. You have certainly solved my problem and my entire quality of life is better now as a result. From now on whenever I or anyone else I know needs masonry work I’m going to immediately recommend AAA-1.

    AAA's crew proved to be a great investment....again!! They took the time to explain my masonry situation in detail, where the developers cut cut corners, and provided photos of the work in progress. It proved to be quite an education.
