I was doing some modifications and renovations, and I need to close up a window with common brick, and reduce another with limestone and common brick. I reached out to AAA-1 masonry; Alex their estimator was on time for our scheduled appointment, ran me through their process, and answered any questions I had. In addition, he was available via call or text, which made things super easy to relay over to the foremans/brick masons. I’d like to add, it was in the winter time we had our initial appointment, but I was scheduled in the very beginning of spring. When they came out to do the said work, they worked fast, clean, and were detailed. Overall, great experience, great work, reliable company, and my go-to for any brick/tuckpointing repairs.

They just recently completed a large project for me in the West Rogers Park area that lasted multiple weeks and the crew couldn't have been better. They were on time, friendly and cleaned up after themselves. I didn't receive a single complaint from the owners in the building about the crew. The work completed on the parapet walls was exceptional and the building looks fantastic. My representative Brent Moore is knowledgeable, responsive and knows the business. After many years of working with this company they continue to do a wonderful job. Highly recommend them.

They were able to determine that this was a normal event due to the unique construction of the units. There was no charge for anything, so I cannot comment on their fees; but we are relieved and more than happy with the service quality and professionalism they provided.
