  Very easy to make the appointment and pay the amount online (zelle) . The inspector, Tim was extremely professional . He came on time and did a detailed inspection of the property . He also explained to me about the working of HVAC & ERV . He took time to explain their features and how to change filters . He produced the report in about 24 hours . Very professional and would definitely recommend.

  We got an inspection from Tim. Along the way, they saved us costs on parts of the inspection that were unnecessary, and the report came back much more thorough than I expected, communicated through a well-laid out, easy to visualize, color-coded report. We are extremely satisfied with the work of the inspection and it was well worth our money - cannot say enough great things! Thanks Tim.

  Charlie & his team were amazing! Vince & Alex came to our new property and did a very thorough inspection. They were great to work with and walked us through everything in detail. They were both very kind and did an incredible job. We were very impressed with them and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a home inspection! Charlie went into detail with us after the inspection with all recommendations he had and that was extremely helpful as well. We would definitely use this team again!

  I am glad I chose to work with Chicagoland Home Inspectors for the purchase of my first home. Jim was an amazing inspector. Due to unfortunate timing I was actually out of the country during my inspection period, but the professionalism, detail-oriented inspection report, and thorough post-inspection discussion with Jim gave me much needed peace of mind.   Chicagoland Inspectors just completed the inspection for a downtown townhome that we are considering and we cannot say enough nice things about them! From scheduling through support after final report, they went above and beyond during the whole process! 1) Their online scheduling tool is fantastic. I could easily find a time that worked for everyone involved. And then, when I had to change it, they were very accommodating. 2) The inspectors themselves - Vince, Alex and Josh - were phenomenal! This was a large home so they sent 3 amazing professionals, each with their own speciality. Even for a few items which are not covered under a typical inspection scope, they gave us great advice on follow-up, specific inspections that they recommended. They were very thorough and knowledgeable. 3) The report was amazingly detailed, with embedded videos and pictures galore. And when we had questions, they responded within an hour. Really above and beyond! The BEST home inspectors that we have ever worked with - thank you!
