Justin our field supervisor, was more than qualified and very professional with assisting us with our plumbing needs and he is the main reason we chose Roto-Rooter.

  It was a sunny beautiful February Friday. Our main drain in our utility room backed up not once, but twice leaving us with standing water by end of business day. From first phone call getting scheduled, to our knowledgeable, honest, and professional tech coming to our home, assessing the situation and handling the issue we give all stars. Communication is excellent AND we got the camera scope included with cost with a detailed report of what caused the back up. The price is more than fair for the quick service, equipment being used, services included while being after hours… we were taken care of without breaking the bank. We will be utilizing this company for any plumbing issues in the future. Thank you and thank you to tech Anthony for being an all-star. Well done.

  We recently call Roto-Rooter in Decatur Springfield area. The sale person was dishonest and lied about the repairs needed. The repairs cost went from several hundred dollars to seven thousands to final cost of over $20,000. We spoke to a city official, other plumbling companies who received calls from customers with similiar compliants. One company came out and reviewed the same issue fixed it for us for $ 150. Check out the compliants on Better Business Bureau site. Please talk to other plumbling companies before letting them do work for you. Roto Rooter in our experience this year February 2026 have deceptive business practices. Be aware and please do your research.
