  I have had them do work on my heating/ air conditioning system! They installed a heating/ air conditioner in my home! And I called them out thought I had a leak in my bathroom! I didn’t know I had too pay 99.00 just too come out too see if there was a leak! So am disappointed cause for no more then 10 minutes and not having a leak I paid 99.00 dollars he just put his ear too the wall and said I don’t believe it’s a leak really! I definitely will be asking more questions before anyone comes out anymore!

  Our thermostat in the basement was showing an error and not working properly. I called Fred's first thing this morning and the thermostat was working properly before lunch. Joe was knowledgeable and super nice.

  They sent two plumbing techs, Noah R and Gavyn R. for a small job. We wanted them to install a kitchen faucet and adjust the pipes (photo) for the deeper sink. We also had double faucets installed in the bathroom (no changes to the pipes, photo). Gavyn worked on the kitchen sink (spent most of the time at Ace Hardware). He ended up talking me out of reinstalling our garbage disposal because he said it would require a lot of time and work...so I said leave it off. Noah had the bathroom (I don't know what he spent the majority of his time doing). These guys took FOUR AND A HALF HOURS to complete the work! I was charged $675 each for labor and $321.45 for supplies. I have always called Fred's when I needed help in all my houses. I never had a bad experience until this one. I called the office and asked for a call back to discuss and never received a call. I feel totally cheated but I have also learned a good lesson! I finally was able to talk to an owner (I think) and she said she would call me back after meeting with the techs. Her tone on the phone let me know that this was a waist of time and the response below confirms it. This post is not intended to stop anyone from using Fred's. I just want you to ask the questions before the work starts so you're not blindsided with a huge bill. I learned that the hard way!

  Noah was great! On time, efficient, and answered a lot of questions! Will be calling again for plumbing repairs in the future.

  We had a plumbing emergency and Anthony absolutely took care of us. He was nice, professional, and kept us informed. We’ll definitely be using Fred’s in the future. And hopefully under better circumstances.
