  I mean wow!! I came home from a trip and turned my water back on and only half of the taps worked. They went around and figured everything out andv voila! All good. Then I mentioned how unhappy I was that my shower in the upstairs barely got tepid..(It was another company that installed it.) Joe said..well let me take a look at it. He went in and took off some parts and adjusted some stuff inside and WOW, instant very very hot water!!! I had lived for 3 years with that thinking the other company had put in a tankless water heater that was insufficient i can't compliment these wonderful guys enough and I think everyone should know that. I will always call Fred's!

  While the issue was fixed (a broken joint washer), the fix was vastly overpriced ($170). They arrived on the announced time, fixed the issue fast, and were very polite and kind, but unreasonably priced.

  Over two separate visits the electrical issues in our three seasons room were mostly resolved. Why the electrical stopped working was not ultimately deciphered but that was not due to a lack of effort or knowledge by the two technicians, Joe and James. They tried everything they could to find the problem, communicated clearly their recommendations and resolved almost every issue. There is one unresolved part of the problem but there is a plan in place to fix it in the near future. Overall our experience was excellent and we will not hesitate to use Fred's again in the future for any electrical, plumbing or other home repair they can help with.
