Why the electrical stopped working was not ultimately deciphered but that was not due to a lack of effort or knowledge by the two technicians, Joe and James. They tried everything they could to find the problem, communicated clearly their recommendations and resolved almost every issue. There is one unresolved part of the problem but there is a plan in place to fix it in the near future. Overall our experience was excellent and we will not hesitate to use Fred's again in the future for any electrical, plumbing or other home repair they can help with.

If I had not run off to Blain’s and bought a new faucet while the plumber went to find a part, it would not have been resolved in one visit. Ease of getting an appointment A+. on time arrival A+. Knowledge-base +. Excellent Communication. Polite. Shame on me for not asking rates before booking. Seemed a tad expensive.

Once the weather cooperated, the garage was done in basically one day. Getting the power from an older home to the new garage was somewhat of a challenge but one that was completed in a very satisfactory manner for us. Everything that was on our electrical layout and Fred’s bid was completed to our complete satisfaction. Thank you Fred’s!
