He was also very considerate to listen to me with other needs in my house. It was a relief to fund a source for plumbing, electric and HVAC. My gas line is in thanks to Blake and Cory. They are both knowledgeable, efficient and kind. I now have a working fireplace. My next project with Fred’s is my range hood vent. Then I’ll be ready for Thanksgiving. Sure there are many projects I’ll be calling Fred’s to fix/install.

Really didn’t offer any thoughts on what it could be, but said he could see where the insulation had been wet near the tub drain. Didn’t seal any drain or potential source, just told us to use the tub/shower and see if it happens again. I thought $249 for that was excessive.

There were issues with my installation (due to the nature of my original plumbing and new technology I wanted to use with a heat pump hot water heater...) and the crew, especially Blake, were tireless in their efforts to get it right. Never did I feel like I was a nuisance. Each interaction was professional and courteous. Pricing was competitive and the advice and knowledge came from educated experience. I never felt like they were trying to "up-sell" me. They truly wanted the best system for my home.
