    RICK was an easy guy to work with. Explained everything well. Showed us what options were available. Kept in touch with how the process was going. Answered any questions we had in a timely manner. We had laughs during the designing of the shed. I'd recommend him if you decide to get a shed with Tuff Shed.

    Sales and design of the shed wen extremely well from the sales department. Had issue with the fact that they were able to draw out of my credit card for a second installment without my permission or knowledge. The delay and installation due to the fact that the shed was not produced before the day of install. The install had to be delayed for one week. Some of the interior materials I would not call them premium grade material for construction I understand that is a shed but paying top dollar you would expect the materials to be to the same quality. As for the install that when extremely smooth installers were very cooperative and understanding about a few problems we had to deal with. And were able to make the proper adjustments to the build overall satisfied with the shed and looking forward to many years use. Okay
