We need 75% down. This allows us to order and pay for the supplies needed to build your fence.

No we do not!
Do I need to come to your location to pay with a credit or debit card?
No, you can just call the office at 309-647-7868 and talk to our Office Manager (Ketra ) and she can take your payment over the phone.
Do you save my card information if I use my card to pay?
No we do not.
Will I get a receipt if I use my card to pay?
Yes, as soon as the transaction is complete (before we even get off the phone) you will have a receipt in your email box.
What is your lead time?
That will vary. It is best to ask at the time of getting your estimate. We do jobs in the order the deposit was received as long as we have the material.
What happens if you don't have my material yet and it should be time to do my fence?
If that happens then your fence project will be completed within a week of your materials arriving.
Do I need a permit to build a fence? If yes, do you get the permit?
You will need to check with your city or county office to see if you need a permit. Most cities you will get your own permit.
Will I need to call JULIE? If yes, when do I do that? Can it be anytime?
We will call JULIE. It must be the person/company doing the digging to call. We will come put white flags down a couple of weeks before we will install your fence. Then we call JULIE and they will mark the dig area with other color flags so we know what if anything is under the ground.
Will JULIE mark any utilities I have installed myself? Example: I ran electric from my house to my garage underground. Will JULIE mark that also?
No, JULIE will NOT mark anything that was personally installed. We will need you to let us know (as close as possible) where those items are.

Yes, S & S Fencing, LLC provides free estimates for all fencing projects.
