As the company performing the digging, we will handle the JULIE call. Approximately two weeks before installation, we'll mark the dig area with white flags. We'll then contact JULIE, who will mark any underground utilities with colored flags to guide our digging process.
Will JULIE mark any utilities I have installed myself? Example: I ran electric from my house to my garage underground. Will JULIE mark that also?
JULIE does not mark privately installed utilities. For any underground lines or systems you've installed personally, please inform us of their approximate locations to ensure we avoid damaging them during installation.
