- WKWanda KendzierskiMar 12, 20264.0We had 2 bay windows and 4 smaller windows installed by Next Door & Window. Zach, our sales rep, was great to work with, very professíonal, patient, thorough and answered all our questions in a timely manner. The installers were great, respectful of our home and cleaned up well. After installation on one of the smaller windows, we did notice like a couple of scratches in between the window panes. Also another window had a missing handle and some white caulk smudges on the glass that was hard to clean off. They ended up ordering new windows to replace them. The bay windows delivered were not what we expected. All three window panes of each bay window, were of equal size. We wanted and expected the middle window to be wider with 2 narrower side windows. They took the 2 bay windows back and re-ordered the windows. Took about 2 months for the bay windows to come in and get installed. Overall, we are very happy with the windows and the service provided by Next Door & Window in getting our issues resolved. Everyone we dealt with was very nice to work with and provided good communication with status upates. We would not hesitate to recommend Next Door & Window to anyone.
