It’s a pretty door, too, and the quality of the installation is top notch. The rep I worked with was very nice and straightforward and to the point, no BS. I only took off a star due to the communication, or should I say lack of it. After I ordered the door and paid my deposit, anytime I wanted an update I had to initiate contact. Every. Single. Time. It was I credibly annoying, especially considering all of the talk around how I would be assigned a project manager and not to worry about the timeline. Oh, I worried, believe me. Once I heard that the door was ready for installation, I was given one or two days to clear my schedule to make sure that someone was home so the installer could access the garage and install the door. BUT, it is a quality door installed very, very well. Sure, it’s not inexpensive, but wouldn’t you want to pay for a quality product that doesn’t need replacement or repair soon after it’s installed? I thought so. I will co solder them for my windows next, but that is gonna be priiiiiicey.
