Initially, I was told that it would take about 13 weeks to have the door installed, but it took only 10 weeks from the first contact with the sales person to the final installation, pleasantly surprised. Top notch communication trough the entire process and kudos to: Monica, Steve, Noah and Mike for keeping me well informed. Getty and Vlad - thank you for a great job you did installing my patio door. Again, I am extremely pleased - thank you so much!

Knowing that all windows are custom made, is there ever a time during the year where the "wait time" is not 13+ weeks? Whatever, our windows were worth the wait. The crew made it worth the wait. They started and finished installing all the windows in one day and did a wonderful job. They did treated us with respect and protected the area that worked in and cleaned up after completely.

We were given regular updates and notified when they were ready for installation. The installers were fantastic. Very respectful of the property and left the area very clean.
