This time, I needed to use Banner Plumbing to help with the project of building my own dream home. I needed to purchase everything for plumbing supplies for 2 bathrooms, laundry room and kitchen. My wife and I did not know where to begin to pick out what we wanted with all the choices. That's where Jennifer Burke, the Sales Associate at Banner came into play. I've used her many times to help my clients, so decided she was out best option. She was just AMAZING! She took whatever time we needed and listened to what we wanted. She walked around the showroom and helped us pick out what she knew we would want. If we changed our mind, she was just as amazing and helpful and kind. She has a talent in her knowledge as well as just being kind and pleasant. I would recommend Jennifer Burke to anyone whether they need to buy 1 simple item or build their dream home like us. We wound up buying a Toto with the Toto model bidet. The model we purchased was showing in stock but turned out not to be. Instead of making it an issue after we already paid, he was able to get the manager to approve the next level up bidet giving us more features and not charging for the difference. Amazing customer focus. Highly recommend Banner.

Didn’t matter, Michele at Banner Plumbing Supply’s Buffalo Grove location took the time ( about an hour) to search through numerous color chips and to find the best match which was spot on! I’m fortunate to live close to Banner but if you live far way I’m telling you it’s worth the drive to get that kind of customer service. Thanks Michele, l’ll definitely be back and asking for you!
