- JRJolene RissmanAug 2, 20255.0This is a very honest reputable company. Our a/c was not working and when i contacted them, Nick their serviceman was out the same day. He said that the freon was gone and he could replace it but wasn't sure if that would work since the unit was over 40 years old. We agreed to try. Unfortunately, it was a short time fix so I called and Nick came back a few weeks later. Nick rechecked and found no freon. He thoroughly explained our options. We decided to replace the unit because the other option was to do major tests to find the cause of the leakage and it would be very costly. Once again this unit was 40+ years old. Everyone we were in contact with from Dennis at the office to Linda who finalized the service were great. Honest, knowledgeable, caring, thorough, clean and pleasant. Five stars is not enough for this outstanding company. Thank you all . Dennis, Nick, Patrick, Kim, Danny, George and Linda. If I missed anyone I apologize. Once again thank you for a job well done I will definitely be sharing our experience with family and friends .

I am in the construction industry and appreciate when trade do the right thing. My parents Air Conditioning went out 5 days ago in their new to them Condo. They got a homewaranty from the seller. The management office scheduled a different time contractor to come out without my parents knowledge. They did not realize this until after the contractor looked at the system even after the management office canceled the appointment. That technician told my Senior parents that the entire unit was shot and had to be replaced at a cost of anywhere between 10k and 13k. Nick came out and identified that the compressor needed Freon (it was very low) he filled the Freon, and the A/C unit seems to be working fine. Regardless the entire unit obviously did not need replacement! Thank you again!

Carlos was on time, could not have been nicer and fixed it in 15 minutes. They fit us in even when they were swamped with calls from the 100 degree heat! I highly recommend them!
