The customer service woman took my information and advised they would have a plumber out between 11 and 2 the same day. She sent me a text to confirm. By 9:45am I had received a second text that a plumber was already on his way. Dan arrived shortly thereafter and walked me through the work needed and gave me a quote. It was a fair price and he got to work right away. Dan was personable, professional and did excellent work. He communicated well and was done in less than 2 hours. From start to finish this was an extremely pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Allen E. Power and will use them again for future needs.
