    Excellent service! Called on a Sunday answered right away then came out and did a estimate. Was so surprised for it being a Sunday. The next morning 3 guys came and installed the on demand hot water unit. So happy with everything. Would 100% recommend. Will definitely be calling in the future for any equipment fixes or maintenance. Great job guys!!!!

    Furnace died Friday morning, they had a tech out that morning to give the bad news. Another pair of service techs came out that afternoon for estimating a new furnace and John installed it the the following morning at a fair price.

    I never leave negative unless warranted . I called Bradbury first a few months ago to give estimate on a water heater . One tech came out , told me no need to get vented , buy what we want so we did. I never heard from office so when I called to see when they were coming I was asked what we purchased and was told that will not work . Needless to say we had to go back to store and spend $600 more . They sent another tech of course and a few other suggestions the first tech gave , this one said no , no need . Fast forward to this week, my furnace making noise . So I call them again. They come right out same day , I am told furnace old , prob heat exchanger , more than likely don’t make it but office will check on part and we will call you . If not we can replace a furnace as soon as tomorrow . That was 3:30 Friday. He turned furnace off and told me not a good idea to turn on in case of Carbon M. No call back until 26 hours later with a text , I heard you want a price on a new furnace . Nothing about the part or anything . Meantime we had another company come at 7 am Saturday and guess what , was not the heat exchanger . Yes furnace is old but it was what I told him it was , the drain issue , condensation … thought I would give them another chance after a few screw ups and no more . I was told 135 for visit , he didn’t do anything and charged me $185 ! Most expensive tech call I have had for nothing .. company today charged me $85 … get more than 2 estimates but ask how much !!! They are relying you will call them back ..sorry Bradbury , I gave you two chances .. maybe you need better technicians or don’t try and sell something to someone they need just yet . You left me hanging with furnace off for 24 hours in this cold thinking I would get a call right back .. glad I didn’t wait

    My furnace went out recently, and Bradbury Heating was absolutely incredible from start to finish. When I called, I spoke with Shelby and Gina—both were so kind, patient, and genuinely helpful during a stressful situation. Within just 30 minutes, they called me back to let me know a technician was already on the way. Toree arrived and was absolutely the best! She was friendly, professional, and clearly knew exactly what she was doing. In less than 20 minutes, she had my heat up and running again. I couldn’t believe how fast and efficient the entire experience was. I’m beyond grateful for the amazing team at Bradbury Heating. Outstanding customer service and top-notch technicians—highly recommend!

    Something has changed at Bradbury. Last year I suddenly got the bright idea to have my outside AC unit cleaned before summer began. I had used Bradbury and I met the young man that identified himself as the owner. Bradbury gave us very good service. A different young technician showed up this time. I told him that I just wanted the exterior unit cleaned as it was visibly obstructed with leaves and yard debris. After a short while the young man appeared at my door. His attitude was apologetic and he made some grim predictions because the unit in question was, like me, old. Our furnace was new, but the AC was not. It still worked and adequately cooled our home. We briefly discussed his opinions and I paid for a successful cleaning. Several days later, after noticing longer run times to cool our home, cool air stopped flowing from our vents. For the first time ever, the unit was running but cycling room temperature air. I called Bradbury. A different tech appeared After a few minutes, the technician told me that my system was “empty “ and that he refilled it with product that he had with him. The second tech did not charge me for the visit and the unit has worked fine ever since. Recently I was awakened very early on a weekend by a very cold house. I called Bradbury about 6 am on a weekend. No answer. Again at 6:30. No answer. After trying other contractors, i tried Bradbury again. A young lady answered and pretended that she didn’t understand why no one answered earlier. Then I received an anonymous text also pretending to inquire about the situation. That was it for me. Stupidity, incompetence, and really trying to prove that you just don’t give a damn has convinced me that the young man I met once upon a time no longer exists. I don’t believe that my business going elsewhere nor this review makes any difference to Bradbury. I expecting an angry anonymous text in response. Caveat Emptor. Buyer beware.
