They did a great job explaining the process every step of the way, even made it easier for us to access the filters for replacement in the small space we had to do it previously. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he found, offering helpful suggestions to fix small issues and extend the life of our water heater. He even crawled into a very tight space behind our kitchen cabinets to locate and repair a small leak from our bathtub overflow. Jacob was friendly and engaging throughout the visit, which made the experience feel more like working with family rather than just another service call. We also discussed the installation of a whole house humidifier to be installed on the furnace, and he was very thorough and knowledgeable on what needed to be done and that my furnace could accommodate the new humidifier. I am extremely pleased with the outcome of this service call and look forward to the upcoming installation of the humidifier.
