  I was working on my kitchen remodel and the time has arrived to do my due diligence and find the right cabinets to complete the project. As we were searching to find the right cabinets we found Cabinets To Go and decided to give them a look. We walked into their Bolingbrook, Il location and met our sales representative Mr. Armando Garza. I planned on being there for 30 minutes and spent 3.5 hours talking and working on my plans for the new kitchen. I can not say enough great things about Mr. Garza. He was patient, informative, understanding of our needs, and most of all knowledgeable about the products they offer. He had all the answers to my questions and was not afraid to offer his knowledge into the process to guarantee no flaws or failures for our project. A huge Thank You for your guidance in guaranteeing our satisfaction for a beautiful kitchen. Do not waste your time elsewhere when you can work with the best.   This company is great! Go see Heather and Armando. They will ensure that you have a quality kitchen at a great price. The cabinets were also delivered relatively quickly. Highly recommend!

  Stay away at all costs. I had a good experience buying their basic cabinets, that you must assemble. After that, my wife and I, decided to give their custom line a try for our kitchen. Big Mistake. We paid $26000, and waited 8 weeks for delivery, which was fine by me. Sure enough, a few cabinets were damaged. Once we filed a claim we were told it would be 3-4 weeks. Now it’s going to be 7-8 weeks. These people don’t care what happens after the credit card gets swiped. Elizabeth is the best person at this office. The rest of the staff is useless. The quality of the cabinets, is marginal. Go next door, to Home Depot, and get the same run around for 30% less. A nice lady from overseas, says I should be patient. Just spoke to trucking company, and they said if they show up damaged again, just throw them away. Not one person in this situation, understands that a person’s kitchen is in disarray for weeks. Cabinets To Go is the absolute worst in customer service. Update: One of the replaced cabinets showed up with a small chip in the paint. There was no damage on the box, so it was packed that way. There is no way I’m waiting another 8 weeks, so my wife called and asked for a touch up pen, that should have been included. She was told that the touch up paint is $40 each. You’ve got to admire the stones on these awful people. $40 for an ounce of paint. Well played. Sherwin Williams will give me a gallon for that.
