  I just wanted to take a quick second to recognize Tyler for his outstanding work helping me flush my water heater. Not only did he do the job, but he answered all my questions regarding the plumbing in my 100 year old home. I will be using WM moving forward for their expertise, friendliness, and affordability.

  Kyle was on time and very efficient, my water heater installation was quicker than I expected. He was polite and courteous, took time to walk me thru changing temperature and showing me where the shut off valves were at.

  We'd like to thank Tyler D. for the outstanding customer service he provided to us when he replaced our broken sump pump. He explained his diagnostic procedures and thinking in an easy to understand manner and language and provided counsel and guidance on addressing our situation in the most cost effective and logical manner. His honesty and professionalism are what we'll remember from our customer experience with him. He was clean and tidy in his work and courteous and professional in his communications. Tyler D. is Awesome!! Thank you so much Tyler!

  WmMasters is always great to work with. Called on Monday and was going to be scheduled for the following Wed but as soon as they knew our sump pump wasn't working and water was coming into the basement they put us on the list to come that same day. Kyle, was professional and replaced it fairly quickly. Plus he was a super nice guy! We chose a sump pump that has a battery backup. We have been long time client's of WmMasters over 15 yrs (lost count). They service our AC/Heat every spring and fall. I don't shop around knowing they are professionals and get the job done right. I recommend them to everyone! Thanks again!!

  This past week my experience with William Masters, Inc. was the best outcome I could have asked for in my situation. I'm extremely grateful for how Tech Trever gave me options for fixing the furnace. Trevor was kind and helped me make the right decision to look at the purchase of a new furnace, instead of getting a very expensive part for a 20yr old furnace that will continue to fail. Trever contacted Shawn in sales to have him come out to show me options of a new furnace. Thank You Trever for the guidance and insight you provided me! Tech's are the brains, and the brawn behind the scenes that get dirty and get it done! Shawn arrived right away to give me ideas on what to go with on new units. Thank you Shawn for helping me decide what to go with and what my needs were for my home! Tech's Gage, & Jordan, It was Great to have you build my new furnace! Without you as removers and installers of my furnace, life would be absolutely miserable! You are the grunts and gears that run the machines for the comforts of our lives! I thank you both very much! My furnace went out on Tuesday and the new furnace was installed on Thursday. I have heat again for my home! Each person I encountered during my furnace failure and rebuild was very knowledgeable, respectful, personal, and kind, that definitely helped relieve my stress over the week!
