  When we recently purchased a townhome in Bloomington, IL, Wm. Masters was recommended by locals. We have used their services several times since, usually in emergency situations, and their customer service has been outstanding! Today we were scheduled immediately for a water heater replacement. So stressed discovering a leak with Christmas three days away and family descending. Today’s technician, Kyle, was thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. In and out in two and a half hours — cleaned up and gone! From the knowledgeable lady doing the scheduling to the techs in the field, highly, highly recommend!!

  When our furnace quit in the middle of the night, Tory came out in the morning and identified the problem as a defective heat exchanger. Having some basic knowledge of furnaces, I agreed with the diagnosis and a new furnace would be needed. Shawn came out and very professionally gave us a quote with several options along with a fair price to replace the furnace and air conditioner since the entire system was 32 years old and originally installed by Wm. Masters. Tanner and Zac did an excellent job with the installation, going above and beyond by attending to additional details that, while not necessary, were greatly appreciated. They both handled my inquisitiveness and barrage of questions very well. :) It was a pleasure working with all the people at Wm Masters. Dave and Debbie Huber

  We had evidence of a leaky toilet in our 1/2 bath and Kyle was able to quickly diagnose the problem - the 13-year old floor gasket had failed. He fixed the problem, upgraded our corroded intake line, and installed modern a modern shutoff valve. I remembered the primary bedroom bathroom might have an old gasket too and asked Kyle to take a look. Sure enough, it was staring to fail. So, we got that one fixed up too. The flow valve on that one had been slow so he replaced that too - and now it fills in a jiffy. He was super professional, and made sure the space was extra clean before he left. He wore booties to protect our carpets from tracking in dirt/salt from our walk. He came prepared - had everything he needed on the truck. I was super pleased with how quickly he got the work done and the finished product works great - and having helped us avoid a serious leak situation upstairs is so appreciated. Everything looks shiny and new. I really like that when I call, I speak to a real person in their office who listens to my issues and sets up a time that works with my calendar. I got a text the day before to confirm when to expect my service visit. I asked Kyle how he likes working at Wm. Masters and he said he likes the company and they take care of their folks. I like working with companies that take care of me - and their employees!

  They, cleaned my vents and installed a furnace and AC unit right before Christmas. They were well priced and I appreciated that they could get it done before the holidays!

  Scheduled to have my furnace replaced, but it quit earlier then expected. Wm. Masters bumped the time up and got us ahead of schedule right before the cold weather hit. Thank you to all the Wm. Master's team especially to the Zach, Lilly and the rest of the hard working union employees for getting this done for us.
