They are new and had noise issues from the beginning. Loud noises out of the ducts when the heat would turn on and then the noise would lower after a bit. Our new A/C makes a horrible noise when it shuts off. Louder then our old unit. We were told the newer ones are quieter. We were told nothing could be done with the loud noise. I recently was showed a bulletin (NO: SB2024CC-01) regarding the noise and the manufacture has know about it and has not resolved the issue. This is unacceptable.

He came out and was very knowledgeable at explaining the different systems and what would work best for our house. He was able to answer any questions I had. Felt very good with the different prices he quoted for the different systems. Tanner and Jordan were the installers. They were super courteous. They explained how the install would go for the day. After completing the installation, they made sure everything was cleaned up. They made sure to show me the new HVAC system and explained how it worked. Install went great. As I’m sitting here writing this on a cold November day enjoying the quiet efficient running furnace, I can Highly recommend Wm masters.

On 10/30 just hours before the appointment I get the attached text and gave plenty of reasons he still could do the job but he decided not to. Had over a week to tell me but waited until the last second. Tried to speak to a supervisor (couldn't). WM Masters tried to reschedule but decided after this fiasco they didn't deserve my business.

Shawn, Barry, and all of the technicians were very quick to answer our questions and explain details. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Would recommend these guys to everyone.
