- AHAJ HamiltonJun 1, 20231.0We called Tiger Plumbing to have an outside faucet replaced and install a new main shut off valve. They came the next day, charged the $99 fee. The tech’s were pretty nice. They their site manager Allen Shelley would call us back that day with a quote and to set it up and we never heard from them. Had to call them the next morning to which they had no information in their system about the estimate. We were told Allen would call us that day and again we heard nothing by 4pm we had to call them again meanwhile we have no water because we have to keep it shut off because it’s leaking. They STILL had no information. The person who took the call said “I will personally walk this to Allen’s desk and have him call you”. Again Allen never did. Finally two days later without water he calls and gives us a quote for $1600! So at first we said ok let’s do it. And again he said nothing about an appointment. Allen said he would talk to project foreman to set up a time. He never called back with any info. We had to call yet again, and he was gone for the day. So today makes day 4 no water. He calls and leaves a message and says “we have you down for appt tomorrow but need to know which package you want.” By that time we already had Trouble Free out here and they have gave us an estimate of $644 for the same job!!!!! And the appointment is made! All in a matter of hours! So Tiger was planning to charge us $1,000 more for the same job! I can’t even put into words how unprofessional Tiger Plumbing is! Not only are their prices predatory but it’s impossible to get a hold of anyone that actually knows what’s going on. Allen said they had us scheduled for tomorrow but when we called to cancel their services the guy who answered the call said “we don’t have you in the system with an appointment”. LMAO! What?! They once again knew nothing! The communication is beyond horrific. What an absolute nightmare. Please check their BBB ratings before you call them. Their google reviews are very misleading, wouldn’t be surprised if some of them are fake. Check Angie’s List and the Better Business Bureau for more accurate reviews.
