  Every time a Master Brothers technician has come to our home they have been on time, pleasant and knowledgeable. They will do above and beyond what was needed. I’m so glad my son referred them to me!

  The woman who answered the phone, Ginger, went above and beyond to help get a technician out right away when a tree fell on our garage and cut out power/heat to our freezing house. The technician, Jake, was quick, professional, and friendly, and the process and price were both fantastic. I will be using this business for years to come.

  Our water heater failed. Master Brothers was recommended by a friend who has a plumbing issue. They sent Bill over, their plumber. Bill was awesome. Super friendly, super knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue, and went over my options. Most companies would have tried to push me hard into buying a new water heater. Bill was honest, which is a quality that is hard to come by these days. He said that he could fix it, which would cost a little less than half the cost of a new water heater, he could replace it, or he could upgrade the system (we are thinking about switching to tankless in the future). Right now, right before Christmas, we opted for the fix. Bill came back and handled the fix, replacing basically everything except for the tank. Now I have plenty of hot water again. Having good employees like Bill makes all the difference. Now, when HVAC goes (it’s super old), I know who I can call, who I can trust. When a friend asks if I know of a good company, I will refer them to Master Brothers. Thanks again!

  We always have excellent service with Masters Brothers. They responded to our current need and addressed it the same day during a very busy season. Our technician, Jake Gonsalves, was excellent! He was very professional, friendly, and efficient and really went the extra mile! We highly recommend Masters Brothers!

  In August we noticed our A/C starting to leak in our basement. We called Masters Bros. to see what our options would be for how to best repair. Andrew explained to us a few options and we ended up settling on an entirely new high efficiency HVAC since our furnace also was close to needing replacement. Landon and Cole had it installed in a day. They even came back to reroute our pipes to drain in a different location, and routed our thermostat to run without battery replacement (which we didn’t know was a thing after living in our home for four years). Everyone we interacted with was very professional and thorough in their work. We’ve had our HVAC a few months and have already noticed a change in the quality of air from both A/C and heat. We’ve also noticed a significant difference in our energy bills. We are so glad for our new HVAC system and even happier with choosing Masters Bros!
