  Koss remodeling is an outstanding company, top quality work and craftsman. They make sure everything is done 110% correct. This is the second project we have hired them for and both of our bathrooms are incredible. Thank you Ryan, David, Chase, Jameson and Frank. Also thank you to Brandon and Michael and McKenzie for making the project stress free for us. We will be hiring them for all of our home remodeling needs.

  If I could give them a 10000/5 I would. This company is by far the most impressive contracting company I’ve ever worked with; and I have redone most of my house. I hired Koss remodeling to do fix the fire damage in 2 rooms of my house. Michael Koss kept in contact with me and involved me in EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. He was extremely responsive and flexible. He kept me informed of the plan and informed of how the process would go. The way Michael acted towards this job was more down to earth and less business like then I have ever experienced with a contractor. Kemo and Avery were the crew to complete the demo and remodel. They were knowledgeable, respectful, personable, and professional all at the same time. I found out later that they were both pretty new to remodel and I would’ve never been able to see that by the way they worked. They both were informative and were not afraid to admit if they didn’t feel comfortable doing something and they’d call in Brandon, the project manager. There was some issues with the plumbing we didn’t account for and Koss remodeling ensured I had NO worries as to how and when it would be fixed. They didn’t just cover it up because it wasn’t in the original estimate, they just fixed it! They patched my walls in all areas and insulated AND replaced the water lines to my washer (NO MORE FROZEN PIPES!). Avery and Kemo were beyond informative, professional, and personable. They treated my Saint Bernard and Miniature Poodle like they were their dogs and even let them in and out for me if they heard them by the back door while they were working. Towards the end of the remodel a gate was left open, which was no one’s fault. When they let the poodle in I hear grab her she has paint on her and boy was it all over her. I grabbed her and Put her in the bath and THEY cleaned up the paint paw prints, even though they were not expected or asked to. I was giving the poodle a bath when Kemo came in And said my Saint Bernard had gotten out the gate by the time I made it to my car two of the guys were already in vehicles and another 2 were down the block in the middle of the street looking for her! The main point in that story is that they went ABOVE and beyond and expectations and demonstrated the most responsiveness (even on off days or late hours). The Friday before the work was completed my internet had to be disconnected and I was unable to find the cable to reconnect it, I contacted Brandon who INSTANTLY responded at 7pm on a Friday! He got in contact with Avery and Kemo and within 30 minutes the problem was solved, on a Friday night! Then they got on their HANDS AND KNEES to clean up my house from all the drywall dust! I was SHOCKEDDDDDD! I could go on and on about this company and they’re down to earth and professional. This was more than a company, they made you and your entire household feel like family! Not only that but their work is top tier! Any vision I had for the remodel was blown out of the water by the end result! They set the bar of any other contractors sky high. I’ll recommend and advocate for anyone to use this company! You will never find another company like this! I will post pictures soon!!!!!

  We hired Koss remodeling to remodel our kitchen and a bathroom in our house and I could not be happier with their work! The crews were on time everyday and communicated very well throughout the project. The finished product looks amazing! I highly recommend them for any remodeling needs!

  Our experience with Koss has been extremely disappointing. My wife was publicly announced as the winner of their May 4, 2025 “free bathroom makeover,” with no budget or limitations mentioned. After choosing our bathroom and working with their designer, communication dropped off and timelines repeatedly shifted. Months later, we were suddenly told there was a $25k cap that was never disclosed. Despite being assured in December 2025 that materials were purchased and work would start after the new year, we’ve received no follow‑up. Attempts to reach them often went unanswered, and we were even accused of “talking badly” about them after simply posting their own video. We just want the work we were promised and hope this is resolved. We will remove this review if they honor the commitment. (This is much more to post here but not enough review space.)

  I highly recommend Koss Remodeling with your home renovation! We hired Koss Remodeling to renovate our kitchen and could not be happier with how it turned out. It’s exactly as I envisioned - probably even better! The design phase was made so much easier with the help of McKenzie! She listened to exactly what I was looking for and made some awesome suggestions as we were designing the kitchen. Thank you! Once the project began everyone was super friendly and did great work. Thanks to Brandon for managing the project and putting in a ton of work! Appreciate Nate, Ryan, Dave, and Chase who also helped out at various stages of the renovation. Shout out to Michael for ensuring the kitchen turned out exactly as I envisioned. We had a couple things come up but he made sure it was quickly rectified. Thanks again to Koss Remodeling for bringing my new kitchen to life!!
