From the moment of inspection till the completion, Dale, Craig and Sam and others were fantastic. They are highly knowledgeable and friendly. They explained the issue and offered what could be the best option for our perspective. After installation, the technicians kindly, patiently instructed us how to use our brand-new system :-). We are totally satisfied with their thorough service. Lastly, special shoutout for Sam, after we put back our water in, He took extra care to check if the system runs smooth and extra time to fix some issues that we ran into randomly!! Thank u so much everyone!
