  I have used Mark / Certified for 3 different jobs: adding an egress window in our basement; installing a sub-slab dewatering system; and then expanding the system years later. The crew does fast, excellent, clean work that is reasonably priced and guaranteed to work. Today, Mark came out to solve a problem that was not even his to solve--helping my carpet installer choose the correct adhesive to hold down carpet tack strip (which needs to be adhered rather than screwed to avoid puncturing the system). He ended up doing the job himself--for free (I bought him lunch). He has helped us troubleshoot before each project, making sure that we were choosing the correct solution for the issues we were trying to resolve. I can't recommend Mark and Certified any more highly! It's no fun to need dewatering work, but this is the only company in the area worth trusting.
