Both technicians were very knowledgeable and professional, and kept me updated through every step on the process. They identified another pipe that was on the verge of having issues while replacing the current problem. They let me know what was going on and offered to replace both while they were already here. I hope I don’t have to anytime soon 😅, but I’ll be calling Pruitt with any future needs!

He has been the most knowledgeable and straight forward technician I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with. He took his time with me and showed me all the reasons while our system was no longer safe to use, and even then he didn’t push products at me to buy. In the end we ended up deciding to switch everything out for a new heat pump system and I’m super excited to get it installed. Joseph and Pruitt have earned a life long customer with me and my family.
