My husband and I had a LuxStone by Koehler shower system installed and we absolutely love it! This was the best home improvement we’ve made in our home and our experience from start to finish with Renuity Bath of Chicago was exceptional and better than we could have ever imagined! To start off with, our salesman, Isi, helped us design and order the shower of our dreams while working with our budget. The installers, Rito and Tony and John are the most exceptional in their field! From demo to install, their quality work is of the highest caliber with great attention to detail—plus they were so nice and friendly and professional and respectful. Their excellent plumber, Scott, is equally amazing and gifted and did an incredible job on installing all of the pipes and plumbing and fixtures in the shower! Our project manager, Shane, is so nice and was with us every step of the way ensuring the job was completed to our satisfaction. And Alisha in the office was wonderful with setting up install times and reminders and sending us information on how to best take care of the shower and keeping it clean going forward. We had the LuxStone by Koehler Calacatta Crema walls installed, with a regular shower and handheld shower attachment, a rain shower, and 3 body sprays, plus grab bars and shelving installed and love every single feature! The shower door is beautiful too and designed to protect from leaking. We also love the lifetime warranty we received! We couldn’t be happier with this purchase and home improvement and Renuity Bath of Chicago in Bensenville IL! They are truly the best contractors we’ve ever worked with and we highly recommend them to everyone! Thank you so very much for everything!!

The Kohler products were of good quality, they need better communication between the sales team and installation crews. They had to come back to correct plumbing issues and poor installation issues (caulking, cleanliness) and failed to protect the residence from dust/debris entering the living space.

Everything was handled professionally and with great attention to detail. The final result looks stunning—the quality is excellent, and we truly love our new shower.
