Renuity far surpasssed a bathroom upgrade I had done in another state. I would recommend Renuity highly for their shower installers skills as carpenters, and plumbing updaters. They covered my floors with tarps and left my home clean of debris and asked for my input on placement of grab bars, shower hose, and head. They also "re-finished" any areas around the install ensuring it was ready for painting to finish the bathroom. They realized the expense I was making and made sure I was happy.

Sales guy came out to review our space for a shower installation in a bathroom we're remodeling. Don't know his name because he didn't introduce himself beyond a mumble, didn't shake anyone's hand, didn't provide a business card and seemed to be annoyed that he was out after dark. Throughout the short meeting, he made a lot of assumptions that were incorrect (wrong shower valve, wrong depth of installation, wrong framing, etc.). After a little back and forth - he quoted $14k (after a small discount!), a little surprised, we asked how that was possible - he got real defensive and essentially called my wife a liar to her face. To gain clarity, I started to ask a question - he became verbally aggressive in response by saying "I'm not the guy to argue with over prices!" - I reminded him that I wasn't looking to argue and wanted to ask a question - he repeated himself several times, growing more agitated. I told him we were done and he needed to leave. His response to that was 'you've only said like three words to me the entire time' as if that's a valid response. Wildly unprofessional salesperson. EDIT after "Response from the owner": Discovered the sales guy's name is Mike after receiving a survey asking about our experience. Let me be 100% clear: Absolutely NONE of what is mentioned in the response took place during our meeting. We did not inquire or request to buy the panels independently with the intent to install them ourselves, let alone discuss the ability to warranty a self-installation. Absolutely did not happen. We did, however, have to ask your salesperson to leave our house when he became very defensive and argumentative over a simple question posed in a normal speaking volume WHILE attempting to deescalate increasing tension. He was asked to leave when he couldn't maintain composure over a question. I don't care what you're trying to sell - getting aggressive with a client isn't the way to earn their business, especially when you try to twist the narrative and to blame a non-customer for writing a review you don't want. Do better.

Renuity installed my new Kohler shower in 2.5 days and I barely knew they were there. They handled the permitting and inspections during the work. Each day they left my house pristine. I had contact information from multiple people so I could see the progress of the demo and installation when I wasn’t home. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and friendly. I am lucky that I found this place through Kohler; I would use them for other renovation projects for sure.

So far, so good! I'm planning a major bathroom remodel, and decided to go with a Koehler walk-in tub. Why? Because they're the best quality out there, and it's time for this type of tub. I got a next day appointment in my home with Nicholas. He was on time. He is knowledgeable. He was thorough in explaining options. He is professional yet has a sense of humor. He helped me get the best deal possible, including the bath surround I really wanted. I can't wait to get the work done so I can get on with the remainder of the remodel. Stay tuned for review #2 when the work is done! Bye-bye ugly bath built for toddlers!
