  We got off to a bumpy start, but after new personnel too over, it was all downhill after that. The workmanship was professional and the quality of the materials is outstanding. I highly recommend Patio Enclosures to anyone looking to upgrade your investment. We are very satisfied with the performance and especially the execution it took to get the job done correctly.

  BEWARE!! We had a very disappointing experience with this patio contractor and cannot recommend them for a large or complex project. We were rushed to accept a quote under pressure of an “end-of-year deal.” Once we paid a deposit of over $25,000, communication essentially stopped. Phone calls and emails went unanswered for months at a time. Nearly a year later, the company finally disclosed that they had never been able to obtain the required permit for the project—something that should have been identified early and communicated clearly. At that point, we tried to recover our funds, but it was extremely difficult to obtain even a partial refund due to continued lack of responsiveness. Despite the fact that substantial work was never performed, the company chose to retain a large portion of the deposit, reflecting deceptive business practices and very poor customer service. Perhaps this company is fine if everything goes exactly according to plan. However, for a project of this size and cost, you need a contractor who communicates, is transparent, and will work with you when the unexpected happens. That was absolutely not our experience. Proceed with caution.

  Took nine months to Complete a 10 x 12 room. Poor communication with contractors showing up on days that were not scheduled and then not showing up when scheduled. First attempt to install after six months, resulted in taking it down because they had the wrong dimensions. Final product is nice, but for the time and the money, we could’ve built a room addition

  I would never in a million years recommend Patio Enclosures, even though we contracted with this company 35 years ago and had an amazing experience from beginning to end and are repeat customers/let me tell you, folks, their company has gone downhill. Although their product is top notch, the experience that we had with the company was painful. From the installer parking his truck in my back yard and ruining our brand new sod to a no show second installer, to an installer who talked on his phone in our driveway to dog the job, to the rep that handled our project that was hard to get a hold of and continued to make promises to us he could not fulfill, I’d never go through this process with Patio Enclosures ever again-run for the hills, choose another company, you’ll be sorry if you don’t.

  Eddie was great And very detailed in explaining the process from start to finish. Very patient and professional and we enjoyed doing business with him.
