  Custom Flooring and More completely tiled the floor of our master bathroom and the floor to ceiling walls of a brand new walk in shower. We had a very positive interaction with Julie and Doug from the appointment in our home to calculate measurements to the showroom shopping experience to select tiles to our taste and suited for our style of home. Tile installation by Jay was precise, neat and meticulous. We highly recommend this excellent family owned business,

  Doug and Julie Nitz replaced our master bath floor and shower for us and we are beyond thrilled. They over communicated, presented us with great design options and features and then put all of these ideas into motion on time and on budget in a very timely fashion with as little inconvenience and mess as you could ever believe in such an important project to us . They went above and beyond all of our expectations. We would highly recommend their company and team for any and all flooring projects whether it be commercial or residential you may have!!!   Hello Brandon, my floor planks should not be gapping after 3 years. I have no pets, children, or heavy traffic in my home. My neighbors that built new homes during the time that I did are not having this issue, similar floor plan, with kids and pets. Your company may do quality work, unfortunately that was not my experience. The floors were my biggest excitement of my 4th new home knowing it was custom to my liking and also knowing I was spending whatever was needed to have the LVP flooring throughout my entire home no carpet to be disappointed. The gaps shown in the picture are in many spots throughout my home including spaces I never utilize.

  Do not hesitate to hire this company! The entire team was awesome 👏 Doug, Julie, Lisa and Mindy were wonderful to work with. Brandon and Ryan who installed my floors were on time, professional and just all around great guys!! Custom Floors and More will be my go to place for all of my future projects. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
