  I called Beach Pump and Well to diagnose an issue with my water pressure, which would drop or cut off when multiple fixtures were running. I’m new to having a well system, so I relied on their expertise to help identify and fix the problem. When they arrived, I already had water running in the house. They replaced the pressure gauge, added air to the tank, and adjusted the pressure switch. After doing this, they told me the problem was my well pump and that I needed a new one, quoting me about $2,700. Later that evening when I returned home, my water pressure was worse than before and eventually I had no running water at all. Since it was after 6pm, Beach and Well was closed and unavailable to help. I had to call an emergency well service. They immediately told me that the tank had not been properly pressurized and the pressure switch had not been set correctly. Once they properly added air and adjusted the PSI settings, my water came back on and the pressure throughout my entire house was fixed. I can now run multiple fixtures at the same time with no issue. This was extremely frustrating because the original problem was resolved with simple adjustments that should have been done correctly in the first place. Instead, I was told I needed an expensive new pump that apparently was not the issue at all. On top of that, their work actually made the situation worse and left me without water. I feel like I was completely misled and would not recommend this company. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage others to seek a second opinion before agreeing to any major repairs or replacements.

  Had Beach Pump & Well come out to service our water tank today after I gave up waiting for our last provider to return my messages. They actually answered the phone, we booked a time, and the job was finished shortly after at an incredibly reasonable price. Could not be happier with their service or their responsiveness and highly recommend this company.

  Phenomenal work! Tyler from Beach Pump was very responsive and fast to act when our well pump failed and left my family without water - they were able to replace it same day with a great pump at a reasonable cost and professional service. Couldn’t ask for a more helpful or friendly company, thanks Beach Pump!!
