  I don’t normally post reviews but Beach Pump and Well Services is the exception. I had an issue with my well water pump system short cycling. I called and Tyler was very helpful on the phone to properly diagnose the problem. A couple hours later a gentleman came over and replaced the tank and fixed the issues very quickly. He was very nice and professional and talked me through how everything worked. I was also quoted a very fair price for everything. Definitely will be using them in the future and highly recommend to anyone in need of similar services

  These guys were awesome!!not an exaggeration . Im someone that is very difficult to impress and these guys manage to impress me. They were extremely knowledgeable, talked me through any questions, explained everything so easily that I understand what was happening and why. Walked me through options that i have/had. Overall an outstanding experience. Would highly recommend them to any need well work.

  I called Beach Pump and Well to diagnose an issue with my water pressure, which would drop or cut off when multiple fixtures were running. I’m new to having a well system, so I relied on their expertise to help identify and fix the problem. When they arrived, I already had water running in the house. They replaced the pressure gauge, added air to the tank, and adjusted the pressure switch. After doing this, they told me the problem was my well pump and that I needed a new one, quoting me about $2,700. Later that evening when I returned home, my water pressure was worse than before and eventually I had no running water at all. Since it was after 6pm, Beach and Well was closed and unavailable to help. I had to call an emergency well service. They immediately told me that the tank had not been properly pressurized and the pressure switch had not been set correctly. Once they properly added air and adjusted the PSI settings, my water came back on and the pressure throughout my entire house was fixed. I can now run multiple fixtures at the same time with no issue. This was extremely frustrating because the original problem was resolved with simple adjustments that should have been done correctly in the first place. Instead, I was told I needed an expensive new pump that apparently was not the issue at all. On top of that, their work actually made the situation worse and left me without water. I feel like I was completely misled and would not recommend this company. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage others to seek a second opinion before agreeing to any major repairs or replacements.
