  Luke was super friendly, honest, quick and had transparent pricing. He was thorough in checking on our water issue to be sure of the necessary item to repair. I am grateful he was able to come out same day when we had no running water! Thank you for prompt, friendly and honest service. He will absolutely be our go to for any well and pump issue going forward.

  I can't say enough good things about Bill. A great, knowledgeable, trustworthy man. I rarely give reviews but his level of service prompted me to give testimony to this business. Don't think twice if your in need of his services. He gave me a very fair price for a VERY difficult job. Overcame many unforseen hurdles my old home gave him. I felt comfortable giving him access to my home while I went to work as it was a several day job. Bill is the real deal.

  Awful service! I was being told that everything is scheduled and now it’s 2 weeks since nothing is done and no one ever showed up. I’ve tried to call several times until they stopped answering my calls. Why would you schedule something knowing you won’t do it?!

  Luke Land Well and Pump Service was amazing! We were without water for about 24 hours in Oswego IL. They were able to be onsite very quickly and promptly. They explained everything clearly, gave us honest information, and offered a fair price. We ended up needing a new well pump, and they were able to install it immediately. The gentleman we met with was kind, professional, and efficient. I would absolutely recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future.

  I'm on well and septic and I woke up on Sunday with an inch of water in my utility room. The dummy that I am thought it was my well so I called Luke Land. Bill came out right away on a Sunday and diagnosed the problem. It was a failed ejector pump and not the well. Bill could not have been nicer about it and even recommended an amazing plumber for the job, Tyson w/ Guthrie Plumbing. Appreciate Bill's professionalism and prompt service on a Sunday! Will be calling again for all of my well needs :).
