I called & scheduled a dishwasher to be installed. On the installation date, (about 2 hours before my installation appointment)I received a call from one of their representatives, telling me that they don't install dishwashers. I guess it would have been too difficult for the associate that answered the phone and scheduled the appointment to actually understand what her company did and didn't do! Amazing that people like this retain jobs!!

Professional and honest. These are what I look for in the trades. I have had most of the employees here at one time or another. My toilet stack leak caused me to look around.
The guy from home depot tried to sell me a toilet to fix sewage leaking from my stack. When I showed him it leaked when either toilet was flushed he told me I had to replace both. When I told him it also happened when I used either bath tub, I asked him if I had to replace both bathtubs. He broke down and realized he made a mistake lying just to make a sale.
I then called Ken at Blue Whale Plumbing. I gave him the exact same diagnostics i gave the first guy. Ken looked at it, did the same tests and told me what i already knew: I had to fix my stack. I had them replace all my abs with pvc. He got me up to code. And while i had walls opened up, I decided to take advantage of that and get rid of my 1970's gold tub, toilet and sink. Ken guided me thru my choices. He didn't talk to me like I was a "mark" or an idiot. He gave me options, pro's and con's. These guys are the best. Even when I expanded the scope of the project or changed my mind, they worked with me. They got me the fixtures I wanted and confirmed that they got the right ones before installing.
Final inspection is tomorrow and I have no fears about it at all. My wife says next is the master bath and she wants me to start now. I know who I'll call for the plumbing. No question about it: Blue Whale Plumbing. After the last bathroom, I need the peace of mind they give me. Thanks Ken, Tim, Mike, Bill, Joey and anybody else whose name I've forgotten.

Dont bother calling them as they wont even finish quotes for you. Had someone out to quote work, waited a week then called to find out where my quote was, it's been 3 weeks and still no quotes or calls.
Ended up doing the work myself.
Terrible company.
