We found out late we needed to have a septic inspection before we sold our house. Ability came out and identified problems and the fixed them for us very quickly. The pricing for both the inspection and fix was reasonable and completed super fast!

Use Ability twice per year, timely service at a competitive price. I have never been pressured to perform any unnecessary work, and we have been using Ability since they took over for Jackson and son years ago. Clearstream system, usually have them pump both tanks. Had a problem once, and it was quickly rectified.. DW - Lombard, IL

Driver cut me off on Kirk today (Fri 3/27 around 3pm) then brake checked me down to below 40 mph.
Maybe if he didn’t have such a crappy job he’d be a bit less insufferable.

USELESS. Called them for emergency saying there was 4 inches of water in the basement and we needed a new pump. When they got here they had no gear to even walk in the water and needed to borrow our garbage bags to even go look that they left in the water. From when they first looked at it, it was apparent they did not want to do the job and they said they "needed a part" that they couldn't find at the store so they just wanted to come back the next day. After all of that they said it "wasn't that bad for now" and STILL CHARGED ME. Horrible service, will never call them again.

My sump pump went out at my house during the night. Called ability septic and spoke to Robin who told me they would come out immediately and fix the issue. I told her i had 3-4 inches of water in my basement. I called them for the emergency service it says they provide. Not only did they not fix the problem, they left and said “well we can come back tomorrow around 11AM”. Thats not emergency service, its no service. When i called back Robin answered and i told her nothing was fixed and i said that i should not be charged for nothing being done. Her response was “well it’s not my company, so i don't know what to tell you”. Great customer service you can absolutely tell she did not care. I will never use this place again. I urge others to stay away from this place since they don’t stand by what they say. They did nothing and they still want to charge me.
