They showed up a day later to tried and fix my 35yr old furnace. They identified some non repairable safety issues and recommended replacing the furnace. Also, replaced my Thermostat so I could monitor and control on my phone. Got me on the schedule and provided 4 space heaters for me to use in the meantime. This all while I was away! Day of replacement, they completed the job in a few hours! Would highly recommended Bartlet to anyone!

- EBEric BrechtelDec 31, 20255.0We had our furnace checked by 4 seasons and they told us our furnace was damaged and should either be fixed ($5000) or get an entirely brand new system which would cost between $10,000 and $13,000. They told us our furnace was unsafe to run. We called Bartlett Heating & Air they came by and did a full inspection, cleaned our sensors, tested for carbon monoxide, and assured us that our furnace was in great and safe working condition. I would fully recommend Bartlett Heating & Air an honest company that cares!

Their customer service and professionalism is what I wish for whenever I have to call a new company for the first time. They responded quick and after assessing why my heat stopped working they laid out options with pros/cons of each. Since my furnace was 23 years old I decided my best option was to replace it. Besides what proved to be a very competitive price, the 2 installers that came out could not be more polite and professional. The respect for my house and the perfection of the installation left me felling like the least I could do is leave a review for company. In summary, I could not be more happy with their recommendations, installation, and price. If you are looking for a heating and air conditioning company that is not going to try to rip you off or just rush through your install, I would highly recommend this company!
