  These guys are great! Our furnace went out in the middle of the night so we called one of those big companies with all the commercials to come repair it, who ended up calling us to tell us they were too busy. I called Bartlett and Heating and Air Conditioning the next morning and they were on their way within an hour, quickly diagnosed the problem, told us the price, and had it repaired very quickly. The technician Brian was very friendly and experienced. We could not be more thankful for their response. We will be using them again for service and 10/10 recommend.

  We had no heat and called to have them come out and check what the issue was. The thermostat was reading 42 inside the house! The team tried to fix the issue, traveling to two different places to try and get the part. All of these attempts unfortunately didn’t work. But we so very much appreciated their above and beyond efforts to fix the existing furnace. In order for them to get the new furnace in on that day so we would have heat in our house, they brought everyone who was finishing their jobs to come over and work on the project. We had 7 people working to get us a new furnace installed before evening on a Friday! It was a serious team effort and saved us from having to leave the house for the night. They are fair priced and do not try and upsell you. Highest recommendation I could give would be to Bartlett Heating and Air.

  Matt did an excellent job diagnosing the issue with my furnace. Turns out it had to be replaced due to the heat exchanger. Helped me order the furnace and had Sam come in another day to install it. Really appreciate the professionalism offered by this company, they crushed it. Thank you!

  Awesome. Furnace went out and Bartlett Heating & Air came right away and diagnosed the problem. They weren’t looking to upsell just solve the problem in my best interest. Everyone from the front desk to all the techs are wonderful. Professional. Highly recommended

  I took advantage of winter to grab a new whole house AC unit and take advantage of off season pricing. BH&AC was and is always a professional operation. I prefer doing business with local contractors who will be here in the years to come. Also, they've been a long time fixture in the community and a member of the Bartlett Chamber of Commerce.
