Unfortunately we did need to get a new furnace, cause ours was 30 year old. They quoted us a good price and by Wednesday morning they had the new furnace installed. Their techs were very polite and did a great job on the instal and clean up.

- SKSharon KernatsDec 3, 20255.0I just experienced the best service from Bartlett Heating & Air Conditioning that I have had in my entire 38 years of owning my home. I had a clean and check scheduled for an older furnace on Friday, the day after Thanksgiving. That all went as expected, no problems or issues. Later in the evening I noticed the house was chilly and went to check the furnace and found it wasn't running. I called Bartlett's office and was informed they couldn't return until the next day. About an hour later I got a call saying they adjusted the schedule and someone would be by shortly. The company owner, Vince DeGeorge showed up, diagnosed the problem, tried to track down the part (couldn't because of the late hour on a holiday weekend) went back to the shop AND returned with space heaters. The new part was installed the next day, Bartlett Heating and Air covered the cost. They then returned the following day with gift cards and an apology for our inconvenience. I am still amazed and thankful the problem was handled with such FAIRNESS and INTEGRITY.

Brandon was the technician who came to service my furnace. He took the time to show me what he was doing and explain why it was necessary. He also helped me understand how to properly maintain both the furnace and humidifier filters, and what to look out for.
