  The team from Bartlett H&AC installed a new AC unit and Furnace. The install was seamless. They were professional and courteous. I recommend Bartlett Heating and Air Conditioning.

  Reasonably priced, picked the best HVAC system for our needs, did not try to up sell our us more than we needed, were $8-10,000 less than a major local company that does HVAC - plumbing - electrical, were punctual, explained all operations, installation of the new furnace and AC finished in approximately 4 hours, cleaned up and hauled old system away, called the next day to be sure everything was working properly and to ask if we had any questions, volunteered to return if we needed help understanding how to program our new thermostat. I highly recommend this company.

  I highly recommend Bartlett Air. My old furnace broke during winter. It was too old to repair, so I decided to buy a new system. I called Bartlett Air since they had fixed my air conditioner in the past. I met with Vince. He gave me an honest recommendation and good price for a Lennox 2-stage furnace+AC system with Ecobee digital thermostat and to clean my house vents. After the financial company approval, Lauren quickly scheduled installation for the same week. The tech-guys Sam and Wyatt did an excellent job, quick, professional and clean. Everything is working fine. I'll continue using Bartlett Air when needed.

  Brian came out because my furnace and thermostat were not working. They squeezed me in on a Saturday and Brian identified the issue pretty quickly. He was so nice and knowledgeable. Even though my furnace is older he did not try to sell me anything additional or persuade me into getting a new one. He answered all my questions , I highly recommend Bartlett Heating & Air.

  These guys are great! Our furnace went out in the middle of the night so we called one of those big companies with all the commercials to come repair it, who ended up calling us to tell us they were too busy. I called Bartlett and Heating and Air Conditioning the next morning and they were on their way within an hour, quickly diagnosed the problem, told us the price, and had it repaired very quickly. The technician Brian was very friendly and experienced. We could not be more thankful for their response. We will be using them again for service and 10/10 recommend.
