- LKLen KasperasAug 27, 20251.0I purchased a ryobi 3100 psi gas pressure washer with a Honda engine. I purchased it on sale. I did not put it in use until 6 weeks later. As soon as I took it out of the box and went to use it the first time the engine stalls, whenever putting the pressure washer under load. I contacted direct tools and they refused to service it. Do not ever buy from direct tools. You're better off going to home depot. Because they will stand behind the ryobi product. I am super disappointed in this poor customer service since I buy thousands of dollars of tools from direct tool, but no longer.

If you don't you will have a brand new worthless tool. They claim they keep records of your purchases by phone number. They don't, or at least not mine. I don't know if they put my purchases under a different count on purpose for some kind of points or if by mistake but they didn't record my purchases as I was told they would.
