  I purchased a ryobi 3100 psi gas pressure washer with a Honda engine. I purchased it on sale. I did not put it in use until 6 weeks later. As soon as I took it out of the box and went to use it the first time the engine stalls, whenever putting the pressure washer under load. I contacted direct tools and they refused to service it. Do not ever buy from direct tools. You're better off going to home depot. Because they will stand behind the ryobi product. I am super disappointed in this poor customer service since I buy thousands of dollars of tools from direct tool, but no longer.

  If you look and watch for the sales, you can save a literal small fortune. This is a great place for first time home buyers to get quality tools. If you like Ryobi & Ridgid this is a must visit store. I have been able to build a quality collection of tools on a limited budget.

  This store alone is worth coming here for, no joke. You won't find better deals on Ryobi or Rigid tools anywhere. And most certainly not for New-in-Box or New-In-Package items. They have two different classifications of items. "Factory Reconditioned," which means there may or may not have been issues with the item, which were fixed by the manufacturer and it has been reconditioned for sale. And "Factory Blemished," which just distinguishes that it has some type of scratch or imperfection somewhere.

  Tried to call the store directly, not sure the phone number listed here is the correct one. Have not received a call back, voice mail message doesn’t seem to be business like. Be aware. Update, did receive a call back. Local manager was able to resolve my issue. Process of getting someone at the local store on the phone was a bit frustrating, but in the end got few tools at a fantastic price.
