  This is the worst experience we ever had with any store. We ordered 2 butcher block countertops on Nov. 28, 2025. They were on back order. However, it is now March 21 and we were told that they were finally in after us calling many times to see when they would be in, and not being to cancel without paying a 25% restocking or cancellation fee. A week earlier we were told they were delivered to the Bolingbrook store by mistake. They were suppose to have another 2 come to Arlington Heights store. We called this morning to make sure they in in the Arlington Heights store and were told that they are there. We rented a Uhaul and went to the store to pick up. When we got there we were told that they were not there they're still in Bolingbrook. Unbelievable. We decided to give up on the Arlington Heights store and drive to Bolingbrook which cost us an extra $1.29 mile x 50 plus gas for the rental. I would advise not to buy any back order from this location.

  Helpful staff. Good selection. A couple of the boxes seemed like the manufacturer threw in all the small pieces. But we made it work.

  Decent displays of different flooring options, but the samples are incredibly sad. We took home 4 different hardwood samples and the largest was a 6"x 6" square. Not quite enough to see how it would look in our space.....

  Drove down from Racine this morning and was basically told they had no LVP that could be purchased and taken home that day. I guess I misunderstood the purpose of this store. My girlfriend luckily learned there is a Floor and Decor between this LL store and Racine. We stopped there on our way home and had our LVP purchased and loaded within an hour.
