We convert our covered patio to an enclosed sunroom and envy hit it out of the park!

This review is LONG overdue. Envy did a little bit of everything for us after our house flooded including a bathroom and our kitchen plus various other smaller projects. We also worked with the sunroom team for new all glass walls in our very outdated sunroom. All th teams/members were fantastic. John was our day to day on-site man that can do everything for most of our projects and he is the nicest individual and a great person to work with and have in our house. I would use Envy again in a heartbeat. That says a lot as I have done similar projects with other contractors over the years and never used the same one again - for various reasons - but not Envy. They were great.

Envy Home and Bath Services
I hired Envy Home and Bath Services for a bathroom renovation, and the experience was a complete disaster. Here’s what went wrong:
Critical Issues with Workmanship
- Broken Tiles: The technician, Andriy, lifted out the shower pan liner and broke two floor tiles. This is unacceptable and reflects gross negligence.
- Dust and Mess: My garage shelves are covered in dust from tile cutting. A simple plastic sheet would have prevented this mess.
- Shower Valve Leak: The shower valve was leaking before the work started. After the renovation, the leak was worse and the shower unusable. Scott provided an unclear explanation and no solutions. Another plumber fixed the issue in 30 minutes by replacing the cartridge.
Poor Project Management and Communication
- Project Manager Scott: Missed items on my list, gave unclear explanations, and offered no solutions.
- Project Manager Bill: Initially promised to inspect the leak but later offered to send Andriy back for $250. He failed to respond to messages for two weeks.
Attempt to Sweep This Under the Rug
After I deleted this review (at Scott’s request), he suggested covering the broken tiles with cheap vinyl instead of fixing them properly. This is unacceptable and shows zero commitment to quality.
The Only Way This Changes
I will not adjust my rating unless Envy Home and Bath Services:
- Issues a partial refund for the broken tiles, the mess, and the unusable shower.
- Demonstrates clear communication and professionalism.
Envy Home and Bath Services has proven they cannot be trusted. Avoid this company unless you’re prepared for shoddy work and broken promises.
We called Envy in December for a quote to remodel 3 bathroom in our house. Jed came out to walk through and talk about our plans. He provided an estimate promptly and we felt very comfortable with the quote, the process and their communications. In mid-January Envy started and recently completed the project. To say we are happy is a large understatement. From communication, to shopping lists, to cleanliness, to suggestions they have been second to none. Oleg did some amazing work and I’d have to say he’s a perfectionist. The drywall, painting, crown molding and tile work were impeccable. Our PM Scott was in constant communication as was his back up Bill. It took a team and they nailed it.

I really appreciated the professionalism of the entire Envy team. From the quoting process to the completion do the job. They were very open about the plan, what our role was (buy the bathroom components) and the installation process. The installers were very open and communicative about some of the challenges (eg rotting wood we didn’t expect) and explained their approach to fix it. All in all, I couldn’t have asked for a more complete service. Very pleased. Thank you!
