James was outstanding, kind and knowledgeable assessing the problem and discussing in detail my options, making sure I understood what he was telling me. Being a senior citizen he went the extra mile. He sold me on Cardinal Plumbing!! Zach and Logan were punctional, polite, professional, and took the time to explain anything I needed to know. Appreciated them respecting the integrity of my home by wearing boots and cleaning up after job done. Thanks to girls in office for being so pleasant and for sending pictures and names of technicians coming in my home. Will definitely use Cardinal Plumbing again. Give them a 5 star rating.
