  Amazing customer service, I was having an issue with my welder and needed a rough idea on an estimate, knowing very well something like that could be hard to get over the phone. Not only did he give me a few ideas on pricing he also helped me trouble shoot and fix the problem over the phone.

  Arnie takes care of all the repairs for my company and after working together for 5 or so years, I can honestly say that he is one of the most patient, hard working and just a good guy all around. Never seen him become greedy, and to top it all, hes damn good at what he does. Hats off to you and your team Arnie!

  When i brought my machine in to that shop was in fair conditions, just the light cord has to be replaced, so after couple of weeks the manager jeff called me telling me that the manufacturer couldn't cover the warranty that my payment has to be in the store ( but already they had my warranty info ) and they would submit the fixed info to the manufacturer which sounded kinda weird so at the end of the day i called the manufacturer and mentioned the issue, and ask why my warranty didn't apply?! So a GMfrom the manufacturer called me to pick it up anytime... I noted that i was about to be ripped off w about $1000 aprox for the fixes, When i picked it up jeff told me was a misunderstanding and also he says something and the customer says other thing so the same day i plugged in to test it and IT DIDNT WORK AT ALL ( i thought that my machine had something changed btw jeff tried to charge me and submit the warranty, bc those was the intentions of it ) So, i called the manufacturer to report it they sent me to AIRGAS IN HAMMOND, IN. CALLED ME 1 week after i dropped it off and mentioned that had to pick up my machine whenever i have a chanse tehy said that my machine was tested and the Main board it was replaced for a NEW MAIN BOARD because the main board WAS BAD!! ALL THIS ADRESSES THAT I GOT RIPPED OFF WITH MY MAIN BOARD IN ALSIP! "BE AWARE PEOPLEEEE I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS SHOP" (Industrial welder rebuilders) They jsut rebuild as their own way theres always a problem in there THE MANUFACTURER TOLD ME DURING CALLS!!!! But karma its a bleeeeesss! 👍🏼👌🏼
