Bauer Heating and Cooling was established in 1972 as a residential and commercial HVAC contractor. Bauer Heating and Cooling started as a self-proprietorship with no employees, operated solely by the owner and one service van. The original owner, Don Bauer, retired in 2000 and sold the company. Since then, the new owners have added a refrigeration division to make Bauer Heating and Cooling a full-service HVAC-R heating and cooling company. Bauer Heating and Cooling has grown to operate a fleet of service and installation vehicles that are on call 24/7.

Super nice office staff, extremely terrible corporate. Images below are coagulated mice that clogged drainage outlets from an improper installation, resulting in unsanitary environment. Bauer came out and cleaned the machine then it never worked right, they will not return any calls or messages completely stuck their head in the sand hoping it would go away. It’s been months we had to pay somebody else to put in a new unit. Shame on Bauer heating and cooling from abandoning a local Business/homeowner.
