Bauer Heating and Cooling started as a self-proprietorship with no employees, operated solely by the owner and one service van. The original owner, Don Bauer, retired in 2000 and sold the company. Since then, the new owners have added a refrigeration division to make Bauer Heating and Cooling a full-service HVAC-R heating and cooling company. Bauer Heating and Cooling has grown to operate a fleet of service and installation vehicles that are on call 24/7.
