- TNTeam NinaSep 26, 20255.0Walker Flooring replaced our original floors. We had some issues with the new floors squeaking. We talked to Jerry and he worked with us to replace the new floors since it was still under warranty. Before they replaced the squeaky floors, they discussed with us some possible problems with the floor foundation. They care about their customers. Fixing the foundation will prevent us from having further problems with the laminate flooring they installed. We love our floor. We had a gap in our floor this year and they fixed it. I asked the guy if I could observe him. He was very happy to show me how to do it.
