  It was great. Roger, Ryan did a great job putting in my window's and did it in good time. Explained and showed me out to ues them. And if I had a question they answered them. They did a good job and they look very nice. I like how they turned out .

  We had all of the windows with a southern exposure replaced plus five tempered glass windows in a pool room. Roger, Ryan, and Sebastian were polite and took great care of our floors. They put down protective coverings, and vacuumed and cleaned after each window! Their attention to the finishing details inside and out were impeccable! We were impressed! They notified us each day of their arrival and departure schedule. The new windows are beautiful! We knew we had problems with our existing windows; however, when you look through a new window, it is amazing! We obtained multiple quotes. We feel that Window World delivered an excellent product at the best price. Based on our experience we would highly recommend Window World of Eastern Idaho!

  We recently had our front door replaced and a new French door installed for our back door by Window World, and the experience was excellent. After looking at a couple of options, we decided to go with Window World, and we’re glad we did. Roger, Ryan, and Sebastian handled the installation and did a fantastic job. They were very thorough and made sure everything was installed and adjusted perfectly. It was extremely windy the day they were working, and they even sealed off the work area with plastic to keep wind and dust from blowing into the rest of the house, which we really appreciated. They were professional, friendly, and took the time to answer all of our questions. Jonathan, the owner, was also great to work with from the beginning. He made sure we got exactly the doors we wanted and helped us find a great option at a very fair price. The new doors look great, and the French door really brightened up the back of the house. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. We’re very happy with the results and would definitely recommend Window World to anyone in the Idaho Falls area. Thanks again to Jonathan and the installation team (Roger, Ryan, and Sebastian) for doing such a great job.
