  Window World was absolutely amazing to work with! They did an awesome job! Even spent the extra time to add the trimming inside and outside of my Dad's home. We will definitely be using them when we build our house. Thank you again Window World!

  I dealt with Jonathan,The owner of Window World's franchise in Shelly Idaho I had window world, replaced five windows in my fifty year old house. The insulation had a couple of hiccups, which Jonathan took care of all issues in a very professional and competent way. I would highly recommend Jonathan and window world in Shelly, Idaho to replace any and all windows whether replacing existing windows or new construction.

  This review is a little late, as the holidays distracted me. However, I feel that having our new windows for a couple of months allows me more info to share. Our mobile home windows needed replacement, and Window World was right there to do the job. On the coldest of days here in Idaho, Roger and Ryan arrived promptly and within the day had completed a 9 window removal and installation. Quietly, professionally, with good humor and no loud music (if you know, you know), they made everything they did appear effortless and problem free. They worked with our comfort in mind as well, room by room, because it was so cold. The extra info is that the inside temperature in our little nest is now MUCH improved, the heating is no longer running like crazy, and outside noise abatement is fabulous! Plus, the windows look so very nice. Clean and new. We couldn't be more pleased with the entire process, start to finish was perfection. The people at Window World are the best, in our opinion, at what they do. Courteous, professional, honest. We highly recommend them, with confidence, to everyone. THANK YOU, Window World!

  My Windows done by Window World I had three windows replace on 22 December 2025. My home is 30+ years old and the windows were the original ones put in at that time. Two of the south facing window frames were cracked and needed to be replaced. I contacted Window World and requested a quote. They came to my home and measured and quoted me a very good price. It was so good I requested to get a quote for the upstairs master bedroom window which was 90 inches in width. All three windows were well within my budget. Prior to the day the two installers came; Window World called and confirmed the installation. The technicians were right on schedule. The gentlemen started with the upstairs window being the most challenging as it was on the upper level and was removed to the outside. It took a little over an hour to replace and seal the window. Since my original windows were old there wasn’t a moisture seal/barrier in them. The technicians put in a thick moisture proof sealing tape fitting the window tight, making sure that the windows glided smoothly and sealed the edges with moisture proof caulking compound. We also received new screens for the portion of the windows that opened to the outside. Installing the bottom two windows, although a bit smaller in width, were installed with a same efficiency and professionalism as the upstairs window. All in all the three windows with setup (laying down of tarps to minimize dust and debris) and clean up took a little under four hours. Again, the price comparisons between Window World and other installers was a clear winner for both Window World and me.
