If they’re cheaper than the competitor, just get the competitor to price match their price and go with someone else and save yourself a headache.

That’s how bad the experience was. From the moment I arrived, I was met with the kind of snippy, dismissive attitude you’d expect if you showed up at someone’s house uninvited during dinner except this is a business that’s supposed to be helping customers. What a concept, right? The crew outside? Absolute clowns. You’d think their job was to avoid eye contact and pretend not to notice you. Unless you’re telepathic or know the secret handshake, forget about getting help loading anything. They act like it’s a huge inconvenience to do literally anything. Maybe someone should remind them you’re not doing the customers a favor we’re the reason you have jobs. And the management? Either totally clueless or just doesn't care. The solution is simple: make customer service the number one priority or fire the whole crew and start over. Because right now, the place is a joke. A slow, sarcastic, frustrating, unfunny joke. Hard pass. Never again. Doc out.

Gary Murdock was the point of contact for the doors. Our company needed a W9 and a certification of insurance. After months, I’m trying to get it from them. They finally sent it to us, but it was the wrong year. After trying to get the correct year, continually following up, we never got emails back or just wouldn’t hear from them. Finally giving up, I decided to visit SunPro and with in one day I have everything I needed. Quotes were sent to both properties and had zero problems. 1 day vs 8 months….. that’s some pretty bad customer service.
