  I had an excellent experience with this team from start to finish. Chris, Burk, Lance, and Conrad were all incredibly professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They came out quickly when I needed a new furnace, heat pump and AC system installed, and made the entire process feel smooth and stress free. They took the time to explain everything clearly, worked seamlessly as a team and paid attention to the details. You can tell they take pride in their work as the installation was done thoroughly and with care. It’s not always easy to find a crew that is both highly skilled and genuinely respectful of your home, but these guys were exactly that. I’m so grateful for their help and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work especially to any young women who own a house on their own and are nervous finding a company that makes you feel comfortable with the process!

  Burk and Lucas installed a new furnace for us. They were friendly and professional and went above and beyond all expectations. They not only installed our new furnace, but also addressed an issue with the way our air conditioner had been incorrectly installed (by another company). They also repaired a loose floor vent and gave us two additional carbon monoxide detectors at no charge. While they were here, we had noticed that power to our refrigerator had turned off, due to an issue completely unrelated to the furnace install. They took the time to check the electrical panel for me and got it running again. We would highly recommend Comfort Heating & Cooling and we will definitely be using them in the future!

  Customer service was excellent all around. We were given an appropriate quote for our needs matching our previous unit and a few logical changes from our salesperson. Our install technicians were friendly, polite, efficient and left the area tidy.

  I manage a few short term rentals in the area and have used a number of local HVAC companies. These guys, by far, have been the most honest and most knowledgeable in the field. Genevieve in dispatch was very helpful and made communication easy. Logan, my technician was wonderful. He went above and beyond offering me a service plan specifically for my Airbnb and made me aware of what he could fix on the system, which I was told previously was not an option by another company. I will definitely be calling them to be my sole providers for anything HVAC moving forward.

  If you want your home repairs to feel like a well-oiled machine, call these guys. Logan arrived first and did some high-level troubleshooting that would make Sherlock Holmes jealous. Just as he was wrapping up the 'investigation,' Blaine arrived right on cue to help us navigate the best path forward. The transition was seamless, and the results are even better. My family went from 'Hoth' levels of cold to 'Fhloston Paradise' levels of warm and toasty in no time. Huge thanks to this legendary duo for the incredible professionalism!
