Overall, the whole team from Bill’s heating and cooling were phenomenal. Extremely knowledgeable, very professional, and worked very efficiently throughout the whole process. Everyone from the technician that came out to give me a quote to the people in the office all the way up to the team that came to install the unit. Everything went so smoothly couldn’t be more happy.

Garrett and his crew did an awesome job!! He was very knowledgeable, skilled and professional!! He also was very personable!! I would give 5 1/2 stars to these boys!! And the price was incredible for the furnace, air conditioner and the hot water tank!! Totally recommend Bill’s HVAC!!!

Called to get my furnace checked before the cold season. It was super old and needed to be replaced. They had financing available. I know nothing about these type of things. The person talked us through our options for repair or replacement. In a way that my limited knowledge could understand. With its age it made more sense for us to go with replacement. I felt no pressure just was told the facts and they gave me to space to think about it. They followed up with an install the next day. All the staff on the phones and the technicians that came out were friendly and understanding. Everything worked great after they left and our home was warm.
A while after the inspector came in and made his minor notes. Those notes were received and I got a phone call the same day to come and deal with it. The technicians were friendly and efficient and got things taken care of!
In some of the work our gas got shutoff to our hot water heater. We woke up the next day to no hot water. Me knowing nothing about these things I called them back and asked them about it. They said they understood and would be able to send someone out that day.
The again very nice technicians arrived and walked me through how to relight my pilot light and made sure everything was good. With no charge.
I feel like this company has my back. They responded to call on something they did not even work on.

This is a comment commending a commercial company in Post Falls. We have dealt with them many times, and every time has been the same. Quality work and always on time. I am referring to
Bill's Heating & A/C | Post Falls ID.. So far we have not had an unusual problem or charge for their service. They advertise $59.00 for checking our furnace to make sure everything is working properly. Every year we only get charged $59.00. And this year we bought12 air filters ffrom them or $99.00. witch I think was cheaper than store bought. It seems normal nowadays for a lot of companies to say you need this or that, and scare you into buying something you do not need. They do not do that. As for me, I am very happy with their service and prices.

Bill’s Heating was great when I first had my brand-new tankless water heater installed. Unfortunately, after a power outage that lasted 18 hours, the hot water stopped working once power was restored. I was later told the motherboard had been fried and needed to be replaced. Thankfully, this is covered under warranty.
However, I am now on day 12 with no hot water while waiting for a replacement part to be delivered from Texas. Apparently, overnight or even two-day shipping is not a priority for existing customers with warranty issues.
I have called three times and have been met with attitude each time. I’ve repeatedly been told that only one specific person—who comes in later in the day—is able to help me. Today was no different. When I called to check on the status of the part, I was again told I could only speak to that one person. I explained that this situation has been a huge inconvenience for my family and asked if there was anyone else who could assist. I was put on hold and then told the part is or should be arriving today.
When I thanked the representative for the update, she mumbled “mmhmm” and hung up.
So apparently I’m the bad guy for being upset that my family has gone nearly two weeks without hot water? I was also told that another company could not fix the issue because it would void my warranty—so I feel stuck with no alternatives.
The customer service while becoming a customer was excellent, but now that I am one—and relying on a warranty—the experience feels dismissive and disappointing. I don’t know how else to air my concerns when the person answering the phone acts as a gatekeeper, won’t let me speak to anyone else, and shows no concern for our situation.
