    Thank you to the management team at Bill's! They made sure our recently installed furnace + heat pump system was running correctly after a 24 hour power out in mid-March. Top marks to Dustin T., the skilled technician who verified our system is now in fine working order. He explained the system well and, per our request, added a surge protector.

    This was the annual service and inspection of our HVAC system that Bill's installed last year. Had great communication between Bill's office and Chris, the service technician. Chris called to let us know he was on his way, and arrived on time. He completed the service, explaining what was done and a couple of optional service related suggestions. No pressure. The $59 service charge was reasonable, and it keeps our 10 year parts and labor warranty for our new HVAC system intact.

    Sean, Cabe and his team were great. They were very polite and knowledgeable. They answered the questions that I had and made sure I knew exactly what they were doing. Those are some hard-working guys!! Amazing job, I will definitely recommend Bill‘s heating and A/C. It was later in the day so we had a little trouble with the bank transaction, but Danielle was So helpful and patient with everything and it all worked out in the end. I also want to thank Preston, he came out to give us our estimate and again very knowledgeable and helpful. I knew exactly what we needed to do. So thank you to each and every one of the guys that helped out.

    Brandon and his crew gave me a call before heading out to our house and showed up on time. Before doing any work they covered the floor to protect it. Work took little longer than expected, but with minimal disruption of my elderly parents and their daily routine. Once the job was done Brandon made sure the area they worked around was clean and no trash left behind. Thank you Brandon and everyone else who worked on this project for us, you all are very appreciated.

    My wife & I hired Bill's Heating & A/C to replace our wornout furnace and install A/C which we didn't have before. All the work and removal/disposal of the old system plus permits was agreed upon for just over $12,000 and Bill's crew showed up promptly at 8:00am to start the work. They were all very polite and curtious. They all worked very hard and quickly. I was impressed. When they finished, they charged the system to check it. They found a hole in the brand new system. They said they would need to come back the next day to remove the system they just spent all day installing, to install a different model system, because the system they just finished installing wasn't manufactured anymore, and parts weren't available. It was the last one from their inventory. So, I stayed home from things I needed to do and moved some appointments. They finished installing the new system, tested it, cleaned up and left. They told me to expect someone to inspect the work in the next few days. The next day, I received a call from an inspector and arranged to meet with him later that day after my Doctors appointment. was late getting home to meet with him, but he'd left his card to call him. When I called, all I got was voicemail which instructed me to either use the State Inspectors website, or call the office. When I called Washington States office, the person who answered connected with the voicemail I'd just heard. So I called Bill's Heating & A/C to have them arrange to have someone call me to arrange an appointment for the inspection. That's not how customer service works anymore, because I was told I would need to call the inspection office and arrange it. Well, I've done all the footwork I feel like doing. They can figure it out themselves. Bill's customer service is severely lacking. Both by trying to saddle my wife and I with a system they don't make anymore and can't get parts for. Regardless of their 10yr parts and labor warranty which requires us to use their services to maintain It. We're totally underwhelmed by managents attitude. Their work crew was awesome. Not so much their management & customer service. .
