  Had a gas line added on to extend to a new gas range location and future thankless water location. They were fast, polite. Took care of permitting and inspection all in the day. The only thing I would change is the estimate process I was given an 8am-7pm window of time to wait. I had to take day off work to wait and they did't come until the evening. A narrower time frame would be helpful.

  We have had many technicians/electricians from Bill’s at our house for diagnosing an old furnace, installing a new furnace/heat pump, showing us how to use our new thermostat, and troubleshooting a safety switch. Every single person from Bill’s has been extremely professional and genuinely kind. I would recommend Bill’s heating over and over again!

  Knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to schedule service with a locally owned company. We have used Bill's a couple of times since purchasing our house. They most recently installed ductless minisplits for us to help regulate the 2nd floor temperature in the summer. This required some electrical panel work which they were also able to do. They replaced our old HVAC system 2 years ago, so we already knew they provided great service. Now our house heats and cools effectively no matter what the weather is. Bill's is our go to and the never disappoint.

  Needed a pre sale inspection and tune-up. Benedict came out did an inspection (no tune-up) and quoted a whole new system because it was old, dirty, and had bad wiring ect. Was quoted $5000 to fix issues or $9,200 for new system. I was shocked as it was serviced a few years ago and I was told it was all good and I have never had a single issue with heating or AC. After getting a second opinion that company told me that the system is older but in perfect running range and just needs a tune-up but has many years left on it.

  We've had multiple issues with our furnace since we moved into our house in 2020. We've had several companies out and they always addressed the issue we brought up, but still continued to have issues. Bill's was recommended to me by a neighbor and I am SO glad we called them. The technician who came out, Ethan, was there the day after I called. He was very thorough and looked at the entire system, even though I only brought up one issue, and I really appreciated it. He took time to walk me through everything he was seeing, with pictures and videos, and was patient when I asked questions to try and understand. I know he was trying to sell us new equipment, but I didn't feel pressured to choose anything. He gave options from replacing the whole system to "just letting it run until it dies, if that's what you wanted to do." We decided to replace our entire system, as they had discounts available and the pricing wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. (Ethan came out Thursday), and by the following Monday, we had scheduled an entire crew to come out and replace everything. I appreciate that they send you a text ahead of time with the names and information about who is coming, along with tracking information, so you know who to expect and when they will be there. The job took about 7 hours, which they prepared me for ahead of time. The crew was efficient and clean - they even put cloths down to protect our floors, and vacuumed up at the end. They were all patient with me when I asked multiple questions throughout the day 😅 Once they were finished, one of the crew members, Oren, took the time to walk us through everything they did. He explained the new equipment and all the improvements they had made, which essentially eliminated the problems we've had with our system leaking and causing water damage (3 times so far). Overall I was very happy with the stellar customer service and speedy response! They are the only place I know that will come out in days, not weeks. I can't recommend them enough - we will only be using Bill's from now on!
