  I had Brothers Flooring replace carpet with hardwood. Juan, who contracts with them, had to shim most of the floor because it was so uneven. He is a master craftsman and I really appreciated his detailed work! Brothers has a good system of communication with customers and they stayed true to their bid.

  We researched and visited many local businesses for carpet, and Brother’s Flooring clearly stood out above the rest. Kayla was extremely professional and helpful with the carpet selection, and she was prompt in providing a quote and scheduling the installation. Abel handled the installation and was an amazing one-person show—perfect cuts and flawless workmanship throughout. I will be a lifelong customer of Brother’s Flooring in Post Falls for all my flooring needs.

  A fantastic experience from start to finish! I recently had laminate flooring installed by Brothers and want to highlight the exceptional service provided by their team. From the initial visit at the showroom to the final day of installation, every step was smooth, professional and stress free. Kayla, our sales associate, was helpful and patient, taking the time to truly understand the flooring design I was looking for. The owner, Andy has extensive experience in the flooring industry. He expertly helped us weigh the pros and cons of each flooring option. Andy also adds a personalized approach with his free in home consults to help determine how the flooring would actually work within our space. Finally, Dan, our installer was punctual, professional and incredibly skilled. He arrived on time each day, gave us an accurate timeline to work with, cleaned up after himself at the end of each work day, and at the end of the week he left us with a gorgeous laminate flooring design. Overall, I am very happy w my experience at Brothers Flooring and would recommend them to anyone with flooring and design needs.
